Full-time Employees
Holidays: (7 days)

Vacation: 2 weeks after 1 year of employment. 3 weeks after 4 years; 4 weeks after 10 years
Sick Leave: 96 hours per year (accrued at 8 hours per month) Sick leave in exchange for vacation
Personal Holiday Leave: 56 hours per year, 64 hours after 10 years of continuous employment
Bereavement: 5 days
Jury Duty: Up to 10 working days within a two-year period

Retirement: Public Employees Retirement System Tier I - 2% @ 55 for employees hired on or after 12/30/2012, classic members defined by CALPERS. Tier II - 2% @ 62 for new employees hired on or after January 1, 2013, who are new members. The term "new member" is defined by the Public Employees' Pension Reform Act of 2012.
